Our Mission

To enthusiastically worship and serve God so that the needs of the parish and community can find fulfillment in Jesus Christ.

What You Can Expect

St. John the Evangelist Church is a welcoming community. When we gather together there is a real sense of family. Making visitors feel welcome is one of the gifts of our church, and we would be happy to extend our hospitality to you.

We gather for worship twice on Sundays - at 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM

Covid-19 Protocols

  • Proof of vaccination and contact tracing not required.

  • Masks are no longer required. You are welcome to wear one if you so choose.

  • Social distancing not required but will be respected.

  • Join us from home if you are feeling ill.

Times of change can be difficult.
Reach out to the Office if you have any questions or concerns and we will do our best to help.

Thank you for walking with us with grace and patience.

8:30 Service

At 8:30 we share in Holy Communion using the Book of Common Prayer.

This service is quiet and reflective; usually lasting about one hour.

Children are always welcome at any service.

10:30 Service

The 10:30 service is informal and yet beautifully incorporates the liturgy.

If you are unfamiliar with liturgical worship - don't worry!

All the components of our worship are projected on the overhead screen; no book fumbling required. This service typically lasts between sixty and ninety minutes.
